Three months after the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) ordered it to cease operations in Belgium, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance has resumed registrations and access to goods and services there.
According to a recent tweet from the firm, Belgian users who have approved our updated Terms of Use can now use a number of Binance goods and services once more.
The exchange was told to stop serving Belgian clients by the FSMA in June because it was breaking a rule by offering services from outside the European Economic Area. The business said this month that its Polish subsidiary, Binance Poland, will provide user support for the nation.
