Bullshark Quest 2 will officially launch on July 28, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. PDT, according to a statement from Mysten Labs. The first Bullshark Quest, which saw tremendous community participation and raised major awareness of the Sui ecosystem, was successfully completed just before the launch of the new quest.
A collaboration between Mysten Labs and the Sui Foundation has enabled Bullshark Quest 2 to provide a sizable reward pool of 5 million SUI. Following the completion of the quest on August 28, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. PDT, the awards, which are split into two pools of 2.5 million SUI each, will be given out.
Sui, a cutting-edge decentralised Layer 1 blockchain created by MystenLabs, attempts to reinvent asset ownership by utilising the Move programming language in its next-generation smart contract platform. A native coin for the Sui platform is called SUI.
SuiFrens Bullshark or Capy collectable owners are eligible for the quest. The owners of one or more Bullsharks or Capys must still be in possession of them in order to remain eligible for the quest. Throughout the duration, participants may join the quest at any moment, however early participation is recommended.
Participants can begin accumulating points by interacting with the following decentralised applications (dApps): Scallop, a next-generation money market, NAVI, a native one-stop liquidity protocol, Turbos, a decentralised crypto marketplace, and Typus Finance, a real yield infrastructure. Once the quest has started, additional applications may be added.At or after the quest’s start time, users can gain points by interacting with the aforementioned dApps on-chain.
In the coming week, the precise leaderboard and scoring system for Quest 2 will be made public. Participants need not be concerned that their points won’t be visible until then, as every pertinent Quest transaction on Sui is being monitored.
A live leaderboard of all participants in Quest 2 will be visible on the Bullshark Quests webpage. Participants who own a SuiFrens Bullshark or Capy can connect their wallets on the Quests site to view their current score and position on the leaderboard. Next week, the portal and leaderboard will go live, updating every ten minutes.
The Sui Foundation will split the 5M SUI award fund into two equal portions. The top 10,000 qualified participants will split the first pool, while all other participants will split the second pool evenly.
Mysten Labs retains the right to modify the scoring formula at any time for any reason, including to address any conduct that is thought to be cheating. The points and reward system is currently being improved, and information on how to exchange earned Quest 2 points for SUI goodies will be made available the following week.
On July 28, 2023, at 12:01 A.M. PDT, Bullshark Quest 2 will officially launch. The quest can be joined at a later time by adding a SuiFren to the wallet. The player will forfeit any points they have earned if their wallet is empty of SuiFren.
