The Asian company HashKey Group, which provides digital asset services, said on Monday that it has opened the HashKey Global exchange following its approval by Bermuda to provide regulated DAS trading services.
According to HashKey Group COO Livio Weng, “HashKey Group aims to establish one of the largest clusters of licenced exchanges in the world within the next five years, surpassing all current regulated exchanges.”. With operations in Singapore and Tokyo and its headquarters in Hong Kong, the company became a unicorn earlier this year following a funding round that saw it “nearly” reach its $100 million fundraising goal.
HashKey Global will first provide spot trading services for 21 digital assets, such as bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH), Tether’s USDT, and Circle’s USDC. In the coming weeks, futures trading product services will be introduced.
