Step-by-step process on how to stake cardano (Ada) in Trust wallet

A Layer 1 Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain, Cardano seeks to improve global change and the functioning of society. Cardano, one of the most promising blockchain projects in the cryptocurrency space, was founded by one of the original Ethereum co-founders. The Cardano blockchain’s native cryptocurrency, ADA, is used to both secure the network and pay transaction fees.

It is simpler to find the best APY% across chains and validators, stake in a few clicks, and view staking rewards across tokens in a single wallet because Trust Wallet is fundamentally multi-chain. There are only a few steps involved in starting to stake once you have ADA in your wallet.

What is Trust Wallet?

Trust Wallet mobile is an easy-to-use, true multi-chain self-custody wallet that is used by over 60 million people globally. It lets you store and manage over 8 million cryptocurrency assets, including NFTs, across 70 blockchains. Put an end to distributing your assets among several exchanges or custody wallets! Knowing that all of your assets are in one secure location will give you peace of mind.

You always have complete control because your assets are on-chain and your private keys are kept on your device. With Trust Wallet, you can instantly purchase, trade, and stake 247 your preferred cryptocurrency without ever leaving the app. Its built-in dApp 29 browser also allows you to connect to dApps.

How to Use Trust Wallet to Stake Cardano (ADA)

Before you begin, please note that you will need a minimum of 4 ADA to stake.

Step 1: Click the “Stake” button after choosing the Cardano (ADA) asset. Next, choose “Stake” once more from the Staking screen.

Step 2: Under the “Validator” field, you have the option to select the validator of your choice in this step. You can click “Next” immediately away if you’re happy with the validator as it is.

Simply click on the name in the Validator field, choose the validator of your choice, and then tap “Stake ADA” in the upper left corner to return. When you’re ready, click “Next.”

Step 3: Click the “Confirm” button.
